Man Flicking Matches Sparks Rio Linda Care Home Fire

A man intentionally started a fire inside a Rio Linda residential care facility. The blaze, which was contained to a foam-stuffed sofa and window blinds, was put under controlled by one automatic fire sprinkler head. The suspect, identified as Jason James Murray, was arrested and booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail on charges of assault with a deadly weapon and arson.
